Allow to use custom svg or png in the sections that allow the use of icons

We’re just looking for some clarification on this one. Could you let us know which specific sections you’d like this option added to?
If it turns out this applies to multiple areas of the theme, we may need to break it down into separate feature requests so we can track them individually.
