Header: Ability to apply the header's background gradient to all dropdown elements within the header (e.g. dropdown navigation menus, localization selector).#10

Currently the colour gradient option only applies to the background and nav menus. It would be nice if this were able to be applied to the background of the localization menu in the header (which is sort of frosted glass now) and the buttons (which are solid colours). This would tie them into the design a bit better.
